While there’s a possibility the Giants could target a promising rookie quarterback, many current and former players suggest that adding a seasoned veteran first might offer the stability needed for the team.

New York is also on the lookout for additional playmakers, particularly to complement star wide receiver Malik Nabers.

A potential trade target for the Giants is Derek Carr, the veteran quarterback currently with the New Orleans Saints.
In recent comments, Giants general manager Joe Schoen made it clear that he’s open to exploring any option for improving the quarterback situation, including trades.

Despite being 32 years old, Adams is still an elite talent. He posted 85 receptions, over 1,000 yards, and eight touchdowns in the 2024 season, split between the Raiders and Jets. A reunion between Derek Carr and Davante Adams could be a real possibility for the Giants.
